2. What data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis
2.1. Contact form, e-mail and telephone contact

The contact form on the website is operated by the Contact Form 7 plugin — completed submissions are forwarded to the Controller’s business e-mail address.

2.3. Data resulting from legal obligations
If the cooperation leads to the conclusion of a contract or the issuance of accounting documents, we also process data in order to fulfil tax and accounting obligations — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, for the period required by law (as a rule, 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose).
3. Data recipients
Your data may be entrusted or disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting and e-mail provider: Globtel Internet Szymon Hersztek (webd.pl), ul. Matecznikowa 2/1, 80-126 Gdańsk, NIP 9570804786 — hosts the server on which the website operates and provides business e-mail services;
- Consent management tool provider: Compliance plugin (Hu-manity.co) — manages the cookie consent banner and stores consent records;
- entities providing IT services, as well as website maintenance and development services, on behalf of the Controller;
- entities authorised to obtain data under applicable law (e.g. public authorities), to the extent to which they are entitled.
Data processing agreements have been concluded with entities that process data on behalf of the Controller.
4. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the EEA. If in the future tools from providers outside the EEA are implemented on the website (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA), the transfer of data to a third country will be carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy thereof,
- rectification (correction) of your data,
- erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal (applies to data processed on the basis of consent),
- lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

6. Voluntary provision of data
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary in order to respond to your inquiry or prepare an offer. Failure to provide contact details (e.g. an e-mail address) will make it impossible for us to respond.
7. Profiling and automated decisions
Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Controller may update this Privacy Policy. Changes take effect upon publication of the new version on the website. The current version is always available at formtechnik.pl.

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you use the formtechnik.pl website. They allow us to recognise your device and display the website correctly, and — depending on the settings — collect statistical or marketing data. Cookies are not used to identify you personally and do not cause changes to your device’s configuration.
