We have operated on the market since 1993. We started out as a
civil-law partnership, Formtechnik. In 2002 we established cooperation with the German company Bänninger Kunststoff-Produkte GmbH, which resulted in founding a company under the name Bänninger-Formtechnik.
We are a company with many years of experience in the production of
injection moulds, blanking dies and stamping dies. We also make
special tooling based on the Client’s design
documentation or on our own projects. We continually
invest in the development of our company, expanding its
technological base and broadening the range of services we provide.

Our history
1993
The founding of Formtechnik
Formtechnik begins operating in Częstochowa, on ul. Brzeźnicka. Initially it specialises in the distribution and manufacture of standard components for the tooling industry.

1996
Expansion of operations and a new headquarters
As the company grows, it moves to ul. Ikara. This is an important stage in the company’s history – the offer is gradually expanded to include the design and manufacture of moulds, tools and industrial tooling.

2002
Relocation to the current location
The company moves its operations to its current headquarters on ul. Wojciecha Korfantego in Częstochowa. The purchase of a hall that previously belonged to Huta Częstochowa opens up new opportunities to develop the production facilities, the machine park and the organisation of the toolroom’s work.

Forming a company with the German firm Bänninger Kunststoff-Produkte GmbH strengthens the company’s position and makes it possible to combine local tooling experience with the resources of an international industrial group.

Growth of automotive-industry projects
The company dynamically develops its competencies in the design and manufacture of stamping tools. Establishing cooperation with leading automotive-industry manufacturers becomes another important step in developing its offer and its project-delivery standards.

Expansion of the plant and the machine park
A second production hall is built, and the machine park is expanded with further equipment supporting the delivery of increasingly demanding projects. Investments in technical facilities make it possible to increase the company’s production capacity and to streamline the delivery of complex tools.

Broadening of design and production competencies
Bänninger Formtechnik consistently expands its range of services, covering an ever-broader area of design, manufacture, modernisation and servicing of tools. Its own design office, production experience and extensive machine park make it possible to deliver projects from concept, through documentation and manufacture, all the way to assembly, trials and implementation.

Today
A full-service partner in tooling projects
Today Bänninger Formtechnik combines the competencies of a design office, a toolroom and production facilities. The company specialises in injection moulds, stamping dies, blanking dies, special tools, gauges and standard components. The Client receives not only a finished tool, but also technical support at the subsequent stages of project implementation.
DISCOVER OUR OFFER
Single- and multi-cavity injection moulds, with cold and hot runners, slider moulds, two-component (2K) moulds, overmoulding, as well as moulds for precision parts. Design, manufacture and full technical support, also during production.
Moulds for high-pressure die casting of aluminium alloys. Design, manufacture and technological trials. Support during start-up and operation.
Conventional, progressive and transfer stamping dies. Comprehensive tools for sheet-metal forming, from feasibility analysis, through 3D/2D design, to manufacture and process optimisation.
Design and manufacture of EDM electrodes, both as part of the tools we make and as a separate service based on the client’s documentation.
Measuring gauges  for inspecting series-produced parts. Manufacture together with documentation and quality-control instructions.
Distribution of standard components for injection moulds and stamping dies. We are the sole Polish distributor of high-quality products from the French manufacturer MDL and the Italian company Nuova Ret.
